Kitchen Coaching

The Kitchen Coaching Service assesses the foods in your refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to determine which items will help or hinder your health journey. A Soul Delights staff member will explain to you why items are good or bad for your health by educating you on the benefits and detriments of ingredients and what you can use instead. The coaching program includes an initial 30-minute Discovery Call to assess the client’s health needs and a one-hour kitchen assessment and revamping session. This is $125. You can also get these services and four 15-minute coaching calls in the Kitchen Plus Coaching Service for $200. This is a virtual service using video conferencing so anyone anywhere can take advantage of this.

Grocery Coaching

If you have already assessed and revamped your kitchen items and now want to restock with nourishing foods, the Grocery Shopping Coaching Service is for you. This includes a 30-minute Discovery Call to assess your need for assistance and an hour grocery shopping assistance for $125. Assistance includes a Soul Delights staff member accompanying you virtually to the grocery store to guide you on your purchases. You can also get these services and four 15-minute coaching calls in the Grocery Shopping Plus Coaching Service for $200. Grocery Shopping Coaching Service is a virtual service using video conferencing so anyone anywhere can take advantage of this.

Health Coaching

The Deluxe Coaching Service includes a 30-minute Discovery Call to assess the client’s needs; an hour kitchen assessment and revamping; an hour grocery shopping assistance of a Soul Delights staff member accompanying you virtually to the grocery store to guide you on your purchases; and four, 15-minute coaching calls for $300.
